Beefclub ++ Nature-Inspired Interior Design

Together with VAUST Studio, I developed the interior design concept for a steak restaurant. Exploring the intersection of space and objects, to create provoking environmentsI was mainly responsible for the 3D models of the interior design. Aside from that, I also made the collages to showcase the mood were going for.

The restaurant’s initial linear layout is deliberately interrupted with room dividers to create distinct zones and introduce elements of surprise with three key areas: bar, entrance and dining room. The entrance, responsible for the first impression, was given a bold stonewall bringing the strong visual identity for the restaurant.

FRAMe27 ++ BUILDING A PAVILION in SERBIA

I had the privilege of joining MEDS (Meeting of Design Students), an initiative I was involved in for four years. During this time, I also served as the National Contact for Germany, helping to organize students from my home country. MEDS is an annual workshop with the mission to encourage interaction between students from different design disciplines. In 2015 our team, led by Serbian architecture student Hristo Dimitrov, consisted of six participants. We had just two weeks to bring our vision to life. The site we chose was the Sjenic Viewpoint, located 1,444 meters above sea level on a narrow cliff, offering a breathtaking panorama of the Tara National Park in Serbia.

We built 27 wooden frames of varying heights, creating a tunnel-like structure that leads visitors toward a breathtaking view of the park. Our days were filled with intense labor—hiking to the site, drilling into the rock to secure the foundation, assembling the frames, sanding, and varnishing the wood.

“Frame27” remains one of the most memorable projects I’ve been a part of—a fusion of design, history, and nature that continues to inspire visitors.

ARTWORK ++ CARLOTA MARGHERITA

I am a New York-based artist, selling and exhibiting my paintings throughout Germany. Under the artist name Carlota Margherita, I create mostly figurative works and freestyle pieces. Some of my paintings are commissioned, presenting fun challenges that inspire new styles and ideas.
